Every operator reviewed on 1x.com.cm is tested directly by our team before publication. This page explains what we check and how we keep that process independent from our affiliate relationships.
How We Test
We register real accounts, deposit through the payment methods available in Cameroon, and test withdrawals, mobile access, and customer support ourselves. We don’t base reviews on operator marketing materials or press releases.
What We Evaluate
- Registration process and account verification requirements
- Payment methods available locally, including MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money, and actual withdrawal times
- Mobile app performance and data usage
- Customer support response times and channels
- Terms attached to bonuses and promotions
Independence
Our commission from an operator has no bearing on its rating. If an operator changes its terms, restricts withdrawals without explanation, or stops responding to support requests, we update the review to reflect that, regardless of any commercial relationship.
Updates
Reviews are checked and revised when operator terms, bonuses, or payment methods change.
